Fendol Farms is a brand new Lennar community in Durham, North Carolina.   Plans for this community call for 500 homes in eight floor plans with a variety of options ranging in size from 1,436 to 3,619 square feet. The homes offer two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and attached two or three-car garages. All homes have optional second-floor expansions and come equipped with features like patios, open concept kitchen, family rooms, and much more.
